These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets to events hosted by Grateful Connections, LLC ("Grateful Connections," "GC," "we," "us," or "our"), an Illinois limited liability company. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms in full.
Grateful Connections offers tickets to in-person events through our landing pages, with payments processed securely by Square. Current offerings include:
Single events: priced individually as listed at checkout (e.g., $45 per ticket for a standalone event).
Multi-part series: individual sessions may be purchased separately (e.g., $19 per session), or as a bundled series ticket at a discounted rate (e.g., $51 for all three sessions).
Pricing for each event is listed on the applicable registration page at the time of purchase and is subject to change for future events.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
If you are unable to attend an event you've registered for, the value of your ticket may instead be applied as credit toward a future Grateful Connections event. To request this credit, contact us at [email protected] prior to the event date.
If Grateful Connections cancels or reschedules an event, we will notify registered attendees as soon as possible. If the new date does not work for you, you are entitled to a full refund of your ticket price. Refunds in this circumstance will be issued to the original payment method.
Tickets are transferable. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us at [email protected] with the name and email of the new attendee so we can update our records ahead of the event.
At registration, you'll be asked whether you'd like to be included on a printed attendee roster shared at the event. This is entirely optional and separate from your ticket purchase or registration confirmation. See our Privacy Policy for details on how roster information is handled.
Grateful Connections events are photographed for use in our marketing materials, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. By registering for and attending an event, you grant Grateful Connections permission to photograph you and use those images for these purposes, without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify event staff in advance.
By registering for and attending a Grateful Connections event, you acknowledge and agree that:
Attendance is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with participating in the event, including risks related to travel to and from the venue, interactions with other attendees, and use of the venue facilities.
Grateful Connections, LLC, its founder, employees, contractors, and event partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from your attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You are responsible for your own health and safety decisions before, during, and after the event.
Grateful Connections reserves the right to refuse admission or ask an attendee to leave an event, without refund, in situations involving safety concerns or disruption to other attendees. We expect all attendees to treat one another with respect.
There is no set age restriction for Grateful Connections events. If a registrant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and accept these Terms on the minor's behalf, and must accompany the minor at the event.
Ticket payments are processed by Square. Grateful Connections does not store your full payment card information. Use of Square's payment services is subject to Square's own terms of service and privacy policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued registration for or attendance at our events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
