Grateful Connections, LLC ("Grateful Connections," "GC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you register for or purchase tickets to our events, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to ticket purchases made through our landing pages (hosted on Go High Level) and processed via Square.
By purchasing a ticket or registering for a Grateful Connections event, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
When you purchase a ticket or register for an event, we collect:
Name
Email address
Phone number (optional, if provided)
Payment information — processed directly by Square, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. See Square's own privacy policy at squareup.com/legal/general/privacy for details on how they handle payment data.
Attendee roster information (optional) — at registration, we ask whether you'd like your contact information included on a printed roster shared with other attendees at the event (see Section 3 below).
We use the information you provide to:
Process your ticket purchase and confirm your registration
Communicate with you about the event you registered for (schedule, location, changes, reminders)
Add you to our email marketing list (see Section 4)
Prepare an attendee roster, only if you've opted in (see Section 3)
Share limited contact information with event presenters and/or official sponsors (see Section 5)
Improve our events and services
During registration, we separately ask whether you'd like your contact information included on a printed attendee roster distributed at the event. This is optional and separate from our marketing email list.
If you opt in, your information will appear on a physical roster shared with other attendees so they can connect with you. The roster will include a printed notice to all attendees that roster contact information may not be added to anyone's personal or business email list without your individual, direct permission.
Opting into the roster does not opt you into our marketing email list, and opting out of the roster does not affect your ticket purchase confirmation emails.
When you purchase a ticket, your email address is automatically added to the Grateful Connections email list, and you may receive newsletters, updates, and invitations to future events.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time, and doing so will not affect any ticket you've already purchased or your ability to attend an event you've registered for.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information as follows:
Payment processor (Square): to process your transaction.
Landing page/CRM platform (Go High Level): to manage registration, email communications, and event logistics.
Event presenters and official sponsors: we may share attendee contact information with the presenter(s) leading an event and with official event sponsors, for purposes related to that event. We do not share attendee information with the venue unless the venue is also an official sponsor.
Legal requirements: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Grateful Connections or others.
Grateful Connections events are photographed for marketing purposes. By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, and that these photos may be used in Grateful Connections marketing materials, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, without additional compensation or notice.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify event staff in advance so we can make reasonable accommodations (such as excluding you from group shots where possible).
Grateful Connections events have no set age restriction. If an attendee is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration and accept these policies on the minor's behalf.
We retain registration and roster information as needed to operate our events and email list. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).

Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
Opt out of the attendee roster at registration
Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our ticketing platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
